The role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible of taking the company’s recruitment function to the next level by supporting the HR team in providing accurate information and creating quality processes. You will be responsible to coordinate all the recruitment operations, making sure everyone follows the talent acquisition best practices.
You will:
- Help executing the employer brand strategies to differentiate the company in their key markets, attracting talents and positioning them an employer of choice.
- Manage relationships with multiple third-party providers (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) ensuring ROI and tools/channels are being optimised effectively.
- Leverage their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create effective, targeted marketing strategy by while still staying true to the company culture.
- Setting up events to attract future clients.
- Execute the brand and content strategy to drive candidate engagement strategies and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources or related
- Recent graduate or maximum 6 months of experience
- Excellent English level, spoken and written. Any other European language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills including problem solving and facilitation skills, good energy and able to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast growing scale-up environment
