Internship Overview
As a Community Support Intern, you will be involved in assisting a community of hundreds of thousands of users around the world. Some of your main tasks will be: Answer all our customer inquiries in a timely manner through Zendesk. Reply to reviews on the Play Store and App Store. Take ownership of our community and moderate requests from our power users. Keep our FAQ page up to date. Work closely with the tech team and the marketing team to keep up to date with our latest features and product launches, and suggest innovative ideas to develop or fix existing features and improve our product
